Shipping Overview
We're committed to getting your BelPash Clothing order to you quickly and safely. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Miami, Florida.
Processing Time
Order Processing:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST: Ships same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends: Ships next business day
- Orders placed on holidays: Ships next business day
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping time and may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Cost: $5.95 (Free on orders over $75)
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Carrier: USPS or UPS
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Carrier: UPS or FedEx
Express Shipping
- Cost: $24.95
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Carrier: FedEx Express or UPS Next Day Air
Overnight Shipping
- Cost: $34.95
- Delivery: Next business day by 3:00 PM
- Carrier: FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air
- Order Cutoff: Must be placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday-Thursday

We ship to most international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Australia/Asia: 14-28 business days

International Shipping Important Notes
- Customs & Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
- Delivery Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays
- Restricted Items: Some items may not be available for international shipping

- We ship to physical addresses only
- PO Boxes accepted for Standard Shipping only (no expedited options)
- Military APO/FPO addresses accepted with Standard Shipping

- Track your order through our website or carrier's website
- Delivery confirmation available for all shipments

Shipping During Peak Seasons
Holiday Shipping:
- Increased processing times during November-December
- Extended delivery times possible
- Order early for holiday delivery
- Holiday cutoff dates will be announced via email and website
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
- Inspect packages upon delivery
- Report damage to carrier and contact us immediately
- Keep all packaging materials
- We'll arrange replacement or refund for damaged items
Lost Packages
- Contact us if package shows delivered but not received
- We'll work with carrier to investigate
- Replacement or refund provided after carrier investigation
Multiple Item Orders
- Items may ship separately if coming from different locations
- You'll receive tracking information for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
Address Changes
Before Shipment
- Contact us immediately at burak@eyilik.com
- Changes possible if order hasn't been processed
After Shipment
- Contact carrier directly for address changes
- Additional fees may apply for address corrections
- Not all changes possible once package is in transit
Shipping Insurance
- All shipments include basic carrier insurance
- Optional additional insurance available at checkout
- Insurance recommended for high-value orders
