At BelPash Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit as expected. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased from our store.
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unworn clothing with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging and condition
- Products that have not been altered, damaged, or soiled
- Items purchased at full price or on sale (unless otherwise specified)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygiene liner is intact)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased with special promotions or discount codes (where specified)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at burak@eyilik.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions
- Package items securely with the return authorization number
- Ship items back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
Damaged/Defective Items: We will provide a prepaid return label for items that arrive damaged or defective
International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes
Return Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
Refund Policy
Full Refunds:
- Items returned in original condition within 30 days
- Defective or damaged items (we also cover return shipping)
- Items we sent in error
Partial Refunds:
- Items returned without original packaging (up to 15% restocking fee)
- Items showing signs of use but still in sellable condition (up to 25% restocking fee)
No Refund:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that don't meet our return criteria
- Non-returnable items as listed above
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges: Different size of the same item (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges: Different color of the same item (subject to availability)
- Defective items: Replacement of the same item
Exchange Process:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Specify in your email that you want an exchange and your preferred replacement
- We'll send the replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we'll refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at burak@eyilik.com
- Include photos of the defective/damaged item
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- We'll send the correct item or provide a full refund
- We cover all shipping costs for our errors
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays sometimes occur)

Sale and Promotional Items
- Sale Items: Most sale items are eligible for return unless marked "Final Sale"
- Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged
- Promotional Items: Items purchased with special promotions may have modified return terms (specified at time of purchase)
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the recipient with:
- The original receipt or order confirmation
- Items must meet all standard return criteria
- Refunds will be issued as store credit if no receipt is provided
- The original purchaser can return gifts following normal return procedures
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience issues with:
- Manufacturing defects: Contact us within 90 days for replacement or repair
- Material defects: We'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution
- Normal wear and tear: Not covered under warranty
